took place in November 1992 at two sites: the Universidad
Autónoma de Guadalajara (Autonomous University of
Guadalajara) and the Universidad Iberoamericana (IberoamericanUniversity). |
The expositions
and discussions were successful in terms of attendance; they
were all hig-level and concluded with excellent discussion tables
on the problems that an initiative of this kind poses, as well
as the options for giving it an effective continuance.
